thank you for a really nice stay. fairly clean hotel, facilities are good, and the location is comfortable and perfect to what looked like a great pizza restaurant. the rooms are nicely decorated and themed and complete with the windows faceing the big traffic junction and fan, for instance. very caring and so caring people are working there.

We had a fantastic stay at Itour Mexico in Tulum. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the beach, the city center, and the Tulum ruins. The free bikes provided by the hotel made getting around a breeze. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and quiet, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. we had a great experience and would recommend Itour Mexico for its excellent value and convenient location.

The hotel's location was fantastic being right next to Tulum's stunning beaches. There were plenty of activities nearby to enjoy. - Botanica Garden Cafe, a great spot for coffee, was just a 5-minute walk away.

I really enjoyed the room with 2 single beds, the bed was large.

This hotel is perfectly located near Tulum's main attractions, with easy access to the main highway, the ADO bus station, and a variety of excellent restaurants. The staff is friendly and provides great service, and the rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, the affordable prices and included breakfast are a great value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tulum! the value for money was incredible. I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a great experience. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the nicely decorated rooms to the basic amenities provided, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Lastly, the location was perfect. It was conveniently situated at the crossroad of Highway 307 and the main highway. This made it easy to explore all the nice restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff were also friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. Oh, and the breakfast was a nice touch too!

the location was convenient, situated near a bustling intersection with a traffic light and just next to an amazing Mexican restaurant. Although not directly on the beach, it was still close, and the free bikes provided made it easy to explore the beautiful area. the quirky rooms were clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was a perfect start to my day.

The bathroom was quite small and lacked adequate water pressure, which was a bit of a downside.

The hotel is located across a supermarket which makes it convenient to buy groceries.

The noise from the street traffic can be bothersome at times but earplugs can help. The breakfast was good, but it could have been better.

I recently stayed at Itour Mexico and had a fantastic experience. My main purpose was to visit the Maya's ruin, and the hotel provided free bikes that were fast, comfortable, and perfect for exploring. They even had an adaptor for my cellphone, which was a lifesaver. The location was great, with a supermarket right across the street, and the friendly staff were always available to answer any questions. The clean and safe environment, along with the delicious breakfast and reliable wifi, made my stay even better. Itour Mexico exceeded my expectations and offered excellent value for the price.
